Hook & Bun started with two things our founder could never get enough of: a proper, crispy-edged smash burger and a basket of golden, crispy fried seafood eaten with salt still on his hands.

Growing up, the best days ended the same way — a hot skillet, a crowded kitchen, and a family table that didn't get quiet until the last bite was gone. Years later in North Texas, that feeling felt a long drive away. So instead of chasing it down the highway, we built it right here.

Every burger is hand-smashed to order. Every fillet and every shrimp is hand-breaded and fried fresh the moment you order it. Just the two things we love, done right, for the neighborhood we call home.
